ANSwer with something that you are working on.
This is a tricky one and the way you are "supposed" to answer it is a little obnoxious. Traditionally, you're supposed to answer with a weakness that is actually a strength or flip it to a strength, like "I just over work myself sometimes" or "I'm just too detail oriented" or "too committed to a project". Eye roll...
The way we recommend answering this question is first by saying "Anything I consider a 'weakness' that is related to my career, I am actively working on." From there, pick something that you are currently working on.
For example, "Right now, I'm spending a little extra time researching xyz because its important to x project and I want to be more knowledgeable about it."
Or "Right now, I'm adding an extra check-in with each of my employees to see where I can help them."
"Right now, I'm making it a point to utilize our software system as much as possible."
The possibilities are endless! This is a great way to be genuine about your answer, keep it related to the job and specific, and also impress interviewers with the steps you're taking to improve yourself.
