Jessica Layburn  Founder and Recruiting Director

Jessica started Spectra with the idea to add extra recruiting steps to create a simpler process for clients. This idea is now Spectra’s mission statement. “Beyond finding top talent, we seek to organize and enhance the full recruiting experience.”


“I love being a part of the success of organizations. I enjoy business to business relationships and bringing insight into hiring and also retention, leading to a competitive edge for my clients. I really enjoy being a in a third party function where I can talk to employees, managers, and CEOs across the market and get the best all-around pulse on the market.”


Jessica has kept a focus in the Oil & Energy industry since she started recruiting 10 years ago. She has kept this main specialty, but also brought her recruiting expertise into some different sectors as well.

Jessica Brendlinger  Recruiting Specialist

Affectionately, Jessica #2, has been a fantastic asset to the team since she started in 2021. Her first recruiting job, she made an astounding 6 technical placements in her first 4 months as a Recruiter. She has picked up new roles, industries, and recruiting techniques without missing a beat.

Jessica has dabbled in a variety of industries, getting some great all-around recruiting experience. She has worked entry level positions to field labor positions to the most sought after technical engineering and corporate positions. As she begins client development, she is finding her specialty!

GRAHAM EATON  Recruiting Specialist

Our newest member to the team, Graham has a strong desire to begin a career in the recruiting space.  He brings a background in client management and customer service as well as a recent degree from Oklahoma University.
